All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information (where applicable).

Shipping Within Singapore

We currently ship within Singapore.

2–5 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions.

From time to time, Hippokaba may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Hippokaba will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be required to pay additional shipping fees for the order to be resent.

Hippokaba will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier service.
