RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase. If for any reason it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • in original condition

  • returned within 7 days of receiving your order

 

For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

Hippokaba reserves the right to reject returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

If a returned item does not meet the return conditions, the item may be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been worn or used

  • items returned after the return window

  • items damaged due to misuse

 

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please email us at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • the item you wish to return

  • the reason for return

 

Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
